Getting Odoo to fit the way your business works - without customising what doesn't need customising.

An implementation starts by mapping your current processes - how quotes become orders, how stock moves, how invoices are raised and reconciled - and deciding which Odoo apps and settings cover them. We then configure the apps, set up users, access rights, sequences, taxes and document templates, and walk through each workflow with the people who will use it.

Where the standard configuration leaves a gap, we say so early and recommend whether it is best closed with a setting, a community module or custom development. Decisions and configuration are documented, so your administrators know why the system is set up the way it is.

User and administrator training is part of the rollout rather than an afterthought.

Custom work is delivered as proper Odoo modules - new models, fields, views, automated actions, scheduled jobs, QWeb reports and website pages - rather than one-off database changes. Each module is kept in version control, follows Odoo's development guidelines and inherits standard behaviour instead of replacing it, which keeps version upgrades manageable.

Before writing anything new we check whether a maintained Odoo Community Association (OCA) module already solves the problem, and integrate and review it where that is the better option.

Bringing your existing data across cleanly, and connecting Odoo to the rest of your tools.

Migrations cover customers, suppliers, products, opening balances, open orders and history from spreadsheets, legacy software or earlier Odoo versions. Data is mapped, cleaned and imported into a test database first, so it can be checked before the live cut-over.

Integrations use Odoo's external API and standard connectors to exchange data with other systems - e-commerce platforms, payment providers, shipping carriers or in-house applications - so information is entered once and flows where it is needed.
